Tyrene Partlow's Basic Strategy

This strategy is very easy to remember and belongs to a friend of mine, Tyrene Partlow. Thanks, Ty. It involves no soft doubling, doubling down on hard totals of 10 and 11, hard standing numbers of 12 against a dealer's 4,5,6, 13 against a dealer 2,3, and 17 against a dealer 7,8,9,10,J,Q,K. Aces and Eights are the only pairs split. This memorable strategy does surprisingly well under simulation.
